PERSONAL TRAINING
Motivation can be hard to find and so can time that is why I offer flexibility with female only mobile personal training and studio personal training. One on one training allows you to go at your own pace and not have to compare yourself to others, just working on creating a healthy body and healthy mind for you.
I specialise in catering to the training needs of females including post pregnancy mums. My goal is to make you feel fit, confident and feminine. Whether its particular goals or just getting healthy I like to get you there in a fun and no pressure environment!
MOBILE TRAINING
My Mobile service is available for busy and time poor women and mums or if its just more convenient for you!
if your a mum of young children, training in the comfort of your own home means there is no need for babysitters or worrying about sleep or feed times. Training times are allocated to allow for distractions if you need to attend to your child or toddler. Being a mum of two I also help out with your little one/s too! Most of the time they just love watching!
For women that love the outdoors and want to train close to home I can train you in your local park with me bringing all the necessary equipment along. Rain or sunshine training outside is amazing so if you game I love it and so will you!
Studio training offers the benefit of gym equipment and heavy weights and for muscle growth and development training in the gym is ideal.
I use a combination if HIIT (high intensity interval training) using circuits, weighted endurance, plyometric jumping and resistance specifically targeted for womens bodies.
MALE TRAINING!
Yes I train men! All male sessions are in the gym and depending on your goals I write programs for strength and muscle growth or for hypertrophy specific, lean bodies with defined muscle!
NUTRITION GUIDES/ LIFESTYLE
If it’s a complete lifestyle overhaul you are after I offer tailored Nutrition guides as well as pantry overhauls, tips and Client specific nutritional needs.
